The Story:
This woman resides in Mexico, she came to Dale City visiting with her daughter, when her daughter happened to read an article about my shop and what I do for women, she called me and I told her to come on by and I'd be happy to help! After meeting them both, I found out that the mother, who was the customer, does not have insurance. I fit her with the correct size bra's and prosthetic that work with her lifestyle and made her symmetric again. Because of no insurance, Breast and Body picked up the price of the prosthetic so she did not have to worry about the cost. As for the bra's, her daughter picked up the price of those for her.
"I know how hard it is to deal with the ups and downs from day to day. I know women are being diagnosed younger everyday and when your 28 years old it's a lot it's your image, emotionally draining, and not to mention the unattractive bras that they make. Then I met Bonnie at Breast and Body Health Boutique. I shared my story with Bonnie as I sat and cried she let me know I was still beautiful and I could get out of the depression cancer has caused me but I had to think positive I have to believe that I am in control, not cancer. When I walked out of her shop that day I made a promise to myself that no matter what anyone else thought of me or how bad I may feel from day to day I wasn't going to let that take over. Bonnie was the one with her powerful words and being the strong woman that she is to make me see I can go on and I can be happy with myself and you can too!"
